Account details (name, billing email, company), request metadata needed to operate and bill the service (timestamps, bucket and key names, byte counts, source IP, user agent), and support correspondence.
Object contents. Access is limited to the automated storage path. Staff access requires a signed break-glass ticket and is logged; you are notified within 72 hours of any such access to your data.

Payment processing and transactional email are handled by processors inside the EEA. Object data never leaves the regions you select. A current list is available on request through the console.
